Are you just thinking about owning a restaurant or are you ready to act?

Have you considered the

and barriers which cause many to look back and say: "If I had only known...I may not have bought

Either I will convince you to pause & ponder
and rethink whether restaurant ownership is truly for you OR the resources and tools you find
in each chapter will help you prepare for success and overcome the invisible list of
obstacles that many in the industry whine and complain about after they are surprised by the
truths of restaurant ownership.
Just
in case you need to have a list of the more obvious obstacles, check out the list
fromother websites in
the appendix. This alone may leave you breathless and running to a simpler business
concept. OR you may give a sigh of relief since the resource is now at your
fingertips?
This is not a book of lists, to-do's, recipes, and
food. They are easily acquired for free. It is not a "how to" book for starting
or opening a restaurant. The Internet provides information on these topics at low or no
cost. There are more than a few who will say: “Hey, buy a restaurant! You can do
it!”
Use the glossary and index in the back of the
book.
When you finish reading the book, use the
checklist in the back to determine how prepared you are.
I will be giving this same checklist and resource
to my close friends and family members who, on occasion, say “Mike, I think owning a
restaurant is a good idea”. Hopefully, I can save them, too.
